Dear Colleague,

We would like to invite your school to a Lancaster & Heysham SSN Benchball Festival

I would like to invite your school to enter the LHSSN Year 2/3/4 Mixed Benchball Festival at Lancaster and Morecambe College on:

Thursday 8^th May- Mixed (no ratio requirements)

Limited to 12 schools.

Arrival for 15.30 start and approx. 17.30 finish.

There will be an introductory practice for familiarisation with the event prior to starting.

The event will be delivered by Barry for LHSSN.

Teams can be up to 10 children with 7 being on court at any one time.
Rotating substitutions will be permitted throughout the tournament.
The competition will be limited to 12 teams.
8^th May 1530-1730, Deadline to enter Thursday 24^th April.
Parking and drop off/collection for all Lancaster and Morecambe College events MUST be accessed from the rear of the college off Torrisholme Road- please inform any parents.
Any minibuses that are staying MUST be booked in via Barry at least 1 week in advance.
No spectators allowed.
This is an LHSSN event- please can social media posts reflect that.

**Could schools ensure that parents wait outside the sports centre until the relevant staff are on site.
