SSN 5-6 Girls Handball wk2 LMC

I would like to invite your school to enter the LHSSN Year 5-6 Handball & mini competitions at Lancaster and Morecambe College on

Thursdays January 8th and 22nd- 2026 Girls only

Thursdays January 15th and 29th 2026 Mixed (no ratio requirements)

Limited to 6-8 schools at each event. 1 team per school.

Arrival for 15.30 start and approx. 17.30 finish.

There will be an introductory practice for familiarisation with with some mini games.

The event will be delivered by Barry for LHSSN.

Teams can be up to 10 children with 7 being on court at any one time.
Rotating substitutions will be permitted throughout the tournament.
Parking and drop off/collection for all Lancaster and Morecambe College events MUST be

accessed from the rear of the college off Torrisholme Road- please inform any parents.

Any minibuses that are staying MUST be booked in via Barry at least 1 week in advance.
No spectators allowed.
This is an LHSSN event- please can social media posts reflect that.

**Could schools ensure that parents wait outside the sports centre until the relevant staff are on
