SSN CPD- Gymnastics; How to teach gymnastics

Free for SSN members as part of your membership. At The University of Cumbria Sports Complex, arrival from 9.00 until 11.30
This course aims to help teachers improve their confidence and gain more knowledge about teaching gymnastics. The course will cover gymnastics fundamentals, including movements, planning & equipment with both practical and theoretical aids.
It will be a mixture of theory & practical- so please dress appropriately. Nobody will be forced to join in the practical if you want/need to just observe that’s fine!
Schools may send up to 2 members of staff & there is the option to hold a version of the course as an INSET for your school for our Inset fee.
There is a cafe nearby & coffee machine if you’d like to bring change. There is parking on the site or along Wyresdale Road.
