PM ONLY! \n  \nThis is a booking form for the morning session only- please also ensure you return your Team Card  – details here: \n Panathlon Ten Pin Event Risk Ass 25th Nov 24 \n PRIMARY Ten Pin Team Card LMH  \nTen Pin Invite Letter PRIMARY 25th November 2024  \nPanathlon Media Policy 2023 to 2024 \n  \nPlease also note that should a school pull out and we are unable to fill their lane\, they will be charged for the lane fee. \nSummary: \nThe Panathlon Foundation\, www.panathlon\,com are a National Charity that delivers events for disabled young people are working alongside LHSSN. \nWe have an evolving programme across Lancashire and the North-West region and are thrilled to be working with your School Games Organisers to enhance local opportunities for children living and educated in the Lancaster\, Morecambe and Heysham areas. \nWe’d like to invite you to enter a Team in our\, ‘Ten Pin Bowling’ event\, which is one of our Pathway events. \n  \nPlease see Video clip: https://youtu.be/lPXbw7osGsE \n  \nPRIMARY EVENTS \nSchools can register to compete in either the Morning or Afternoon event.  Places are limited and entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. \n  \nDate:                                       Monday 25th November 2024 \nMorning Registration:         10am \nEvent Times:                           Team Briefing 10.15am\, Finishing by 12noon \nA Presentation will conclude the Competition \n  \nAfternoon Registration:      12.30pm \nEvent Time:                             Team Briefing 12.45pm\, Finishing by 2.30pm \nA Presentation will conclude the Competition \n  \nTeam:                                      Made up of Between 4 and 6 pupils (Ideally 6) \n                                                All pupils must be on the SEN Register \nVenue:                                    Soul Bowl\, Central Promenade\, Morecambe\, LA4 4BU \nAttachments:                         Entry Card\, Risk Assessment and Media Policy \n  \nThe top schools will be invited to represent the area in the Lancashire County Finals\, taking place in Blackburn on Tuesday 28th January 2025. The top placed Lancaster and top placed Heysham schools across the 2 sessions will go forward to the Lancashire round- You may win your session but may not go forward if the scores were higher in the other session. \n  \n  \nTo Enter:         Please complete the attached Team Card and return to Steve Jamieson.   \n  \nWe look forward to receiving your entry. \n  \nThanks\, \n
