SUMMARY:SSN Yr3&4 Girls Futsal (1 off)
DESCRIPTION:Dear PE Co-ordinator \nGet involved in a block of Futsal (indoor football) sessions\, aimed at the year 3&4 girls\, these are on October 17th\, November 21st and 28th in the Sports hall at Lancaster and Morecambe College. \nThese are individual dates and schools may attend 1 or 2 of the 3 dates. PLEASE BOOK ON TO YOUR CHOSEN DATES. Each night will be treated as a ‘one off’ friendly tournament.\nThis will be officiated by our partners at LMC and will be held between 4.00 and 5.30 and is open to L&HSSN members only. \nTeams of 5 will play with squads of up to 7 with rotating substitutes permitted. Games of 7 minutes are planned which allow us to accommodate the first 6 schools per week who wish to enter on a\nfirst come first served basis. \nCompetition details are as follows:\n● No spectators as they won’t fit in the hall.\n● Team of 5 with up to 7 in a squad\n● Dates: Thursdays\, October 17th\, November 21st and November 28th – you won’t attend all 3 weeks\, but will be given fixtures per night\, each will be treated as a separate event\, once entries are finalised.\n● Venue: LM College Sports hall\n● Arrival from 3.50pm with first match kicking off around 4.00pm\n● Drop off and pick up from LMC events is off Torrisholme Road at the rear of College.\n● Finish time will be 5.15 to 5.30pm. Exact timings and format will be sent out to the competing schools straight after the deadline date.\n● 1 Team permitted per school\, you may request a second\, but they’ll only be allowed if there is space & will be first come-first served. DESCRIPTION:SSN Lancashire 5/6 Boys/Mixed Football Competition- 17th October \n  \nDear PE Co-ordinator \nWe would like to invite your school to enter the Lancaster & Heysham Year 5/6 Boys/Mixed County Qualifying Football Tournament. This event is scheduled at LM College’s 3G astro pitch\, on Thursday 17th October. The first games will kick off 12.30 and will finish approx. 3.45 dependant on entries. Please arrive from 11.45 so we can brief everyone and start on time.  Please bring appropriate clothing/umbrellas for between games if there is any bad weather. \nThis tournament will act as a feeder for a Lancashire County Finals\, meaning the top Heysham area school and top Lancaster area school compete at the Lancashire County Finals\, scheduled for 17th January 2025 at Fleetwood Town’s impressive training complex\, Poolefoot Farm.  Schools can only qualify from the ‘small’ OR ‘large’ schools events- not both. \n  \nCompetition details are as follows: \n\nNo spectators during College open times\nTeams of 7\, squads of upto 10 (Year 5/6 boys &/or girls\, no minimum ratios).\nDate: Thursday 17th October \nVenue: LM College 3G Astro pitch \nParking/drop off/collection at LMC is always at the rear of College from Torrisholme Road.\nArrival from 11.45 with first match kicking off around 12.30\nFinish time will depend on the number of entries but will be  3.30-3.45.
