A course that was run last year and was so well recieved that we were asked to run it again! It is a chance for lunchtime staff, TA's, support staff and so on, who often feel undertrained... to get involved in every school's mission to get pupils more active and make the school environment more active!
We will cover some simple ideas and games to help them see that they too can contribute and have fun doing so. That it doesn't have to be difficult, and if anything, can actually make their jobs easier! Not only that but it will surely help them to support PE leads in their roles.
Timings hopefully fit inbetween breakfast and lunchtime duties. If schools can try to ensure that they have some staff willing to participate as it will be practical but if some are uncomfortable/unable to participate they'd still be welcome to come along and observe. Last year everyone got involved and enjoyed it!
