Event description

Part 2 of 2.  Part 1 was 2nd Feb.

Parking at the rear of the sportshall (Skerton Liberal Club) and off Lune Road.

The Multi-Skills and Classroom Improvement Plan is a resource for assessing handwriting and cutting out skills alongside physical development in PE, for the identification of children who require further intervention.  Also included are the gross and fine motor intervention and a parent pack with helpful fun games for families so pupils can practice at home.

The resource works directly with Multi-Skills: Scheme of Work resource and utilises games/activities which lend themselves to PE performance assessment.  Training is over 2 twilight evenings.

1st twilight delegates will practically learn how to assess their whole class through writing/drawing/cutting out activities and Agility/Balance/Co-ordination PE skills.  Then select the pupils that require the intervention.

2nd twilight (couple of weeks later) delegates will learn how to improve the selected pupils through PE games/activities.
