ST PETERS TAKE SPORTSHALL GOLD
Nine primary schools from the Heysham area descended onto Lancaster & Morecambe College to contest this years Primary Sportshall Championship - a super exciting event, where the winners get the chance to represent the Heysham area at the Year 5/6 Sportshall Athletics County event against the best in Lancashire.
The standard was raised again this year, with all schools performing well, all striving to be 2019 Champions, and be called the best in the District.
Congratulations to St Peters who managed to win the event with 640 points, with Slyne with Hest (602 points) and Torrisholme (598 points) second and third respectively. Full results:
