Lancashire School Games- School or Home?!
The Lancashire School Games is continuing from the comfort of your own home... or from school! Why not take part with your classes of key worker children? We have addditional challenges in April and May's news pages as well as videos of each activity on our Facebook (@LHschoolsport). Attached is the cricket brief. Previous ones are Rugby, Hockey, Climbing, Golf, Volleyball and Orienteering. Next up will be Rounders (with a dance twist)!

This week's skill will focus on overarm throwing and the challenge is Turkey Shoot so good luck
We also have a 'Create' gymnastics card for you to access. This card and video will help you create a gymnastics sequence of travel, balance and roll.
This week's Learn resource is based on striking and fielding and the Heroes challenge linked to this is cricket! Remember to use #lancsgames20 so we can see how you are getting on.
Save the date 30th June- Spar Lancashire School Games Virtual Festival. We will now be delivering a virtual school games for you to participate in and for you to circulate to parents, carers. We will have a resource that will be sent to you next week, (as well as an invite) and some additional challenges for all to access via the Lancashire School Games website. We want to create the biggest sports day in the county so please use the resources and access the links on the 30th, engage on social media and promote the #lancsgames20.
