We have been extremely lucky to be able to book the NFL (American Football) in to our area for staff training and more! There are not many members of NFL staff covering the whole of the UK but, because of your support for our SSN we were able to seize this opportunity before others. It’s unlikely to come around again soon so get booking on, those that have attended our USA Sports Event know how much fun it is, the pupils will love it!

21^st January, 8.45-4.00 at Lancaster & Morecambe College. Please come to the Sportshall reception. There is additional ample car parking at the rear of the college off Torrisholme Road.
Practical and theory based with resources- For Primary staff!
Please wear clothing for practical and outdoor activity. If you cannot get involved with any practical, please just let us know. Please also bring a packed lunch- there is a café at LM College but it can be busy.

You will then receive an email to allow them the option to select this training day from the list provided. You must do this to get any resources and access the training please.

The day will look something like this

9:00-10:00 Intro to flag football (classroom)

10:00-12:30 Practical session 1 (practical)

12:30-13:00 Lunch

13:00-14:00 Play design (classroom)

14:00-16:00 Practical session 2 (practical)

Schools may send 1 member of staff and we will allow a second if there’s space. Please just book on our LHSSN website twice should you wish to be added to the waiting list, please email if there are any issues. We have a minimum of 10 and max of 25 places available.
