SSN CPD- The Outdoor Curriculum

FreeFree to all SSN members as part of your membership. At Over Wyresdale Parish Hall, Abbeystead, 09:30-14:30
This course aims to show Teachers and support staff how lessons can be taken outside, made more active and to make the most of your outside space. With games, curriculum links and Outdoor Education activities, as well as lots of practical examples and ideas.
The course will be a mixture of theory and practice so please dress appropriately. Please bring walking boots and or wellies as some of the practical will be outside!
Schools can send 2 members of staff each and there is also an option to hold a version of the course at your school for our inset fee.
Teas and coffees will be provided. If you can bring your own cup with a lid, it will save on washing up and you can take it outside with you!!
