Millie is holding Stretch & Relax, an online stretching class for staff members via Teams so you can stretch the day away! It’s a simple but effective head-to-toe stretch that you can join from the comfort of your own home. All staff members from your school are welcome.

- You are booking for the 5:00-5:30 pm time slot.
- You will receive a Teams link to the class via email days prior to the event. Please share this with other staff members who wish to join.
- Please join the class 5 min before the start time.
